Out of all the courses I have taken, this has been the most life changing. The information I have learned in this course is not only interesting, but highly valuable and applicable to my own life. Earthquake preparedness is a crucial necessity when living in California and the Bay Area.
— Student in spring 2023 class
This was by far my favorite class and I have recommended this class to everyone. I'm literally reconsidering my major now.
— Student in spring 2024 class
I was intimidated by the subject matter, but the professor made the lectures so engaging and interesting that this became my favorite course. I cannot believe how much I learned, and how much more prepared I am for an earthquake. This course should be mandatory for all students.
